Once you have received your item, you will have 30 days to request a return. All items returned must be in their original condition and not worn. Any sign of wear or tear grants us the full right to refuse a return with the initial 30 day return period.
Please email us at orders@nootkaclothing.com to request a return. Your date of receipt can be found in your shipment tracking information. After 30 days, we reserve the right to decline your return or issue a $40 restocking fee.
All costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. However, all items returned in good condition will be compensated via a coupon code for use on our website. The value of this coupon code will equal the total cost of the item's return shipping costs.
Please note that items returned to us in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used at purchase on our website.
Please return your item(s) in packing materials of equal or greater quality to the packing materials you received your item(s) in. This will help ensure the items are not damaged during their return journey.
